COFFEE IS BAD OR GOOD FOR YOU?

Everybody knows the incredible benefits of Coffee; people around the world take it. The first benefit is that it helps you maintain your long life span, and it is also good for your brain health because of the polyphenols contained in Coffee. This polyphenol is the food for gut bacteria, and the microbiome loves to eat it; it feeds the good bacteria in our intestine, so Coffee is very rich in polyphenol; those who drink Coffee daily have better brain health; it keeps your neurons in the cerebral hemisphere healthy, the best coffee quality is lighter the roast of Coffee.

Coffee will help you to reduce weight gain.

However, something needs to be fixed here. If you add sugar or milk or any flavor of Coffee into your Coffee, it will destroy all the benefits of your Coffee,  and you don’t get any benefits from it; it creates the sugar boom and binds the polyphenol of your Coffee and throws it away.
