You are advertising its benefits, and usually, people eat oatmeal in the morning, but here is the truth: oatmeal is very bad for your body. Why? Because oatmeal contains many lectins, it causes tiny holes in the lining of your gut and puts your health in peril. It really makes fat in your body. Research on people who eat too much oats shows that their health is not good, and their teeth are also decayed; instead of using oats, then you can choose another option; for instance, millet is the best choice for you because it has no lectin.

It’s also crucial to note that most oats are sprayed with glyphosate, a herbicide that has been classified as a carcinogen. The thought of ingesting a potentially cancer-causing agent is certainly alarming, and it’s a risk you may not want to take.
