THE MYTH ABOUT THE CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT

Yes, everybody knows the importance of calcium for bones, but when we say importance, it does not mean we should take it much. Or you have to supply with the calcium supplement. In fact, no study has shown that calcium supplements prevent osteoporosis or bone fractures. Still, the study showed that in people who frequently consume calcium supplements, their blood vessels are deposited with calcium, and it is better to take your calcium from the leafy green and small fish. Another food with vitamins C, D, and K2 should be taken. It supports your bones.
